Either (a) private customers who expressed in writing that they wish to be treated as professional investors (opting-out) and who

own assets of at least CHF 500.000 or CHF-equivalent (excluding real estate, social security claims and pension fund assets) and possess sufficient knowledge of investment risks through finance-related education or professional experience or
have assets of at least CHF 2 million (excluding real estate, social security claims, and pension fund assets) at their disposal

or (b) corporate customers (e.g., public entities, institutions, foundations, pensions schemes and companies with professional treasury operations, and large companies).
